FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I bring my own frame to put new lenses in?
If you love your frame and it is in good condition, we will happily install new lenses. Our lab will treat your frames with utmost care, however, we can not be held liable for loss or damages.
Do you take my insurance?
Most vision plans will not allow us to contract with them, because EYEFIX is not a doctor owned store. Most importantly though, we made the choice to stay independent, so we can offer you lenses and frames that meet your needs, not inferior product that a vision plan dictates you to choose from. Don't worry, there are still financial perks for chosing us over an in-network practice: We give you a 30% complete pair discount and fill out all the paperwork for you to send in for your out-of-network reimbursement.
Do I need an appointment?
You do not need an appointment when you're coming in for repairs, adjustments or new purchases.
It is best to call ahead so we can inform you about possible wait times, depending on our schedule.
For eye exams we do ask that you make an appointment, but we usually have immediate openings.
