Can I bring my own frame to put new lenses in?
If you love your frame and it is in good condition, we will happily install new lenses. Our lab will treat your frames with utmost care, however, we can not be held liable for loss or damages.
Do you take my insurance?
At EYEFIX we find it important for our customers to be able to choose the product that enhances their vision and complements their lfe style. As an open access provider we can offer you the best possible eyewear experience without being restricted to your vision plan's product catalog.
If you have a managed vision care plan we will apply a 30% discount to all complete pair purchases and provide all necessary forms so you can submit for reimbursement.
EYEFIX currently bills directly to Ambetter/NH Healthy Families for glasses only.
Do I need an appointment?
We are offering walk-in eye exams, however making an appointment for exams and purchases is highly encouraged. Most times we can accomodate you on the same day. Repairs and adjustments do not need appointments.
Do you do eye exams?
Our patients love it so much, they voted us Best of Concord in the 2023 and 2024 "Cappies"!
How much do glasses cost?
There is a wide variety of frames and lens designs to choose from and the price truly depends on your needs and wants. Please stop by or call to find out more about pricing. We are always happy to price out different options to make your eyes and your pocket book happy.
What kind of glasses to you carry?
We carry a variety of frames from different independant vendors. Since our partners value the relationships with independant optical shops you will get quality product for a fair price with a warranty on all current product.
Be prepared to have fun - our selection features trusted classics, as well as bold, trendy frames.
Do you offer contact lenses?
We do! We can renew your current contact lens prescription or train you to become a new wearer. Of course you can just purchase a supply here - just bring a valid prescription.
I have a glasses prescription from another eye doctor. Can I use it?
Yes, you can! We do welcome outside prescriptions.
How much does an eye exam cost?
The cost for an eye exam is $139 and will include a voucher of $50 to be used towards prescription eyewear.
